Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to everyone registering for the Advance Course on Garbha Sanskar to be held in Lonavla, India from June 21 to 23, 2019, organized by the Manashakti Research Centre (under the Health New Way Trust), India.

Please Note

  • Registration and reporting for the course will be on preferably Thursday 20 June 2019 between 4 noon and 7pm.
  • The course will commence on Friday 21 June at 11 am. Therefore all the participants are kindly requested to complete the registration formalities and report preferably by 20 June evening and should be present in the course premises.
  • The course will conclude on Sunday 23 June post-lunch around 4.30 pm.
  • Parking will be available in the premises.

General Instructions

  • In the best interest of all, it will be most beneficial to attend all the sessions in the course.
  • Lonavla is a hill station. It is rainy season in June. Do bring appropriate clothes as per need.
  • Please see that the attire is in sync with the Ashram type environment at Manashakti.
  • Non-veg food, smoking, drinking etc. any kind of addiction is strictly prohibited in Manashakti Campus.
  • Golden ornaments, invaluable items can be carried at one's own responsibility.
  • Any kind of audio-visual recording is to be avoided.
  • The authority to initiate any kind of change related to registration or otherwise - in the interest of all - solely rests with the Manashakti administration.

Transport

  • On arrival at Lonavla (by railway, bus, personal vehicle)
  • If you arrive by railway, take exit from Platform No. 1, near Sai Baba Temple rickshaw stand (on west side) By railway
  • Take a rickshaw. Come to course venue.Venue: Manashanti Kendra, Old Mumbai-Pune Highway, after Toll Naka towards PuneVenue
  • Complete registration formalities.
  • Keep your luggage & become fresh.
  • Valuables to be kept at your own risk.
  • Get acclimatized & relaxed. (Tea: 4 to 5.30 pm, Dinner: 8 to 10 pm). On 20th June.

Food

  • Simple, vegetarian, Indian, Satvika food (which purifies mind and strengthens body) will be served.
  • Food will be non-spicy, less oily type.

Accommodation

    Accommodation at Manashakti Campus includes-
    • Non-AC room
    • With attached toilet-bath (western style commode)
    • On a twin sharing basis. i.e. two persons will share a room
    • Manashakti campus being a Research Institute and Ashram, room service will not be available. However assistance will be provided as and when needed.

Payment Gateway

  • The payment gateway for the conference website https://conference.manashakti.org is CCAvenue. All payments via the conference website will be collected by CCAvenue on behalf of Manashakti Research centre, India.

Registration

  • If the maximum capacity is reached, the course organizers reserve the right to refuse additional registrations.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

    The following rules apply for cancellations / refunds.
  • 50% refund - if cancellation done before/on 31 May 2019
  • 25% refund - if cancellation done before/on 14 June 2019
  • 0% refund - if cancellation done on/after 15 June 2019

How to Apply for Refund?

  • In case you wish to cancel your registration and apply for refund, you have to send an email only to [email protected] mentioning your Order ID, Name(s) of Delegate(s) and reason of your cancellation.
  • In case of over-payment/double payment, refund request must be sent via email with order details.
  • The date of the email will be the basis for considering refunds.

Modification Of The Program

  • The course organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule/program.
